

James D. Aichele James D. Aichele passed away suddenly at home on Saturday, January 29, 2011. He was 64. Born in Philadelphia, the son of the late Elizabeth (Landis) and James A. Aichele, and brother of the late Ronald Aichele, James lived most of his life in Levittown. James was a small business owner. In 1990 he started "Professional Pest Control" with partner and good friend, Mike Day. He was also certified in massage therapy, hypnosis and was a certified nutritionist. He had also served in the US Air Force. James was a hard worker and an extremely kind and generous person who would help anyone in need and who often went out of his way for others. He enjoyed spending his free time with his family, especially his grandsons. James also enjoyed relaxing watching both the History and Discovery channels. James is survived by his beloved wife of 44 years, Sharon A. (Korhonen), his daughter, Cynthia Aichele DeMarchis and her husband, Chet of Levittown and his grandsons, Nicholas and Zachary, who meant everything in the world to him. He will also be sadly missed by his sister, Elizabeth Sweeney of Bristol, his brother-in-law, John Korhonen and his wife, Kathy, good friend, Michael McCafferty and several aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and family friends. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday, 6:00 until 9:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where his Funeral Service will be held at 7:00 pm. Interment will be held privately. Memorial contributions in Jim's name may be made payable to Sharon A. Aichele, in care of the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc. at the above address.
