Born in Trenton, NJ, son of the late Patricia (Sweeney) and Leo Carroll, Joseph was raised in Levittown.
An avid sports fan and sports collector, Joe was a huge Steelers and Phillies fan. He also enjoyed watching the food network and cooking.
His greatest enjoyment was spending time with his family.
Joe is the loving father of Savanna and Sierra; devoted grandfather of Brenden Carroll; dear brother of Leo and Mark Carroll and uncle of Michael and Chelsea Carroll.
He was predeceased by his parents and his brother, Michael Carroll.
Services and interment will be held privately.
