Kathy L. Kirk

Kathy L. Kirk died suddenly on Sunday, November 29, 2009 at her home in Bensalem. She was 54. Born in Trenton, NJ, Kathy has been a life long resident of Lower Bucks County. She enjoyed going to the casinos and traveling. Kathy loved her dog, Daisy. She had a very big heart and was a very compassionate person. She was a great friend to many. Kathy was preceded in death by her father, Carl Murphy and her step father, Edward Gallagher. She is survived by her loving children, Christopher Mitchell, Laurie Mitchell-Varga and her husband, Zoltan and Sean Mitchell and his wife, Amber; her mother, Marion Gallagher; her sister and best friend, Melodie Cipollone and her husband, Vincent; her brother, David Murphy and his wife, Patricia; and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, from 6:00 until 9:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown 19056 where her memorial service at 7:00 pm. Interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorial donations be made to Bucks County S.P.C.A., PO Box 277, Lahaska, PA 18931.
