

Kenneth E. Williams Kenneth E. Williams, Sergeant First Class, Ret., 90 years old of Fairless Hills, was peacefully called home by his Lord and Savior, on Monday, January 12, 2015. Kenneth was originally from Pricedale, PA. He retired from the U.S. Army after 21 years of service, having served in World War II, the Korean Conflict, and Vietnam. In the mid 1980's he retired from the United States Postal Service in Trenton, NJ after 18 years of service. He was a member of the Levittown Church of Christ where he had functioned in many roles. He and Faye were avid square dancers in the early 60's until the mid 70's. One of Ken and Faye's passions, after retirement, was traveling across the United States; he always said he wanted to see the country that he defended. They managed to visit most of the continental states before 2001. He was most recently an active participant of the adult program at Shanti Gardens where he enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles and the daily crossword. He also enjoyed watching the Eagles, Nascar, and any auto racing event. He was preceded in death by his wife Faye, and brother Donald. Kenneth is survived by his sons, Kevan E. and his wife Susan, Dana and his wife Darlene; granddaughter Heather Moody and her husband Ian; and his great grandchildren, Julianna, Kevan J., Lauren and Grace. Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, from 7:00 until 9:00 pm and on Saturday, from 9:00 until 10:00 am at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where his funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10:00 am. Interment will follow in Rosedale Memorial Park, Bensalem. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Shanti Gardens, 1425 Woodbourne Road, Levittown, PA 19057; Deborah Heart and Lung Hospital, 200 Trenton Road, Browns Mills, NJ 08015; or to a charity of their choice.
