Kevin McDonald

Kevin married the love of his life, Caroline McDonald, on June 27, 1981. Though Caroline preceded him in death, their bond remained a cherished memory that Kevin held very dear.

Kevin is survived by his loving sister and brother, Fran McDonald and Rick McDonald, and was predeceased by his sister, Monti Eckstut. His family will continue to honor his legacy with love and gratitude.

Loving father of: Sundy O'Leary (Sean), Kim Bartholomai (Paul), Heather Baranyi, and Justin Baranyi (Colleen). Kevin also leaves behind his beloved grandchildren: Sean, Brian, Desiree, Clayton, Sundy, Maranda, Justine, and Stevie, as well as 6 great grandchildren.

Kevin had a great love of fishing and could be seen on many beaches along the east coast. A lifelong supporter of sports fishing, he encouraged others to protect and preserve the rights of Anglers everywhere.

Kevin was a proud Veteran of the United States Navy, where he earned a Bronze Star in Vietnam as a third class Radarman.

Kevin's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him, and he will be deeply missed.

Friends and family of Kevin are invited to gather April 1, 2025 at 1:00pm at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Road, Newtown, PA 18940 for a funeral service with full military honors. Please be in line at the main office no later than 12:45 PM for procession. All are welcome at a luncheon to follow.
