

Louis Daniel Luciano, of Levittown, died on Monday, August 15, 2011 at St. Mary Medical Center. Born in Trenton, NJ, he was raised in Brooklyn, NY where he met his beloved wife Vivian. He and his wife were original Levittown homeowners residing in Falls Township for 58 years. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II stationed in Pensacola, FL where he worked on airplanes. Mr. Luciano was employed with U.S. Steel for 34 years until retiring. Louis was a lighthearted man who always had a joke and brought smiles to those around him. He enjoyed working around the house and on his cars, but most especially spending time with his family. Mr. Luciano was the beloved husband of Vivian (Accurso) Luciano for 58 years. He was the loving father of Daniel and his wife Barbara Luciano and Roseann and her husband Joseph DiNatale. He was the devoted grandfather of Anthony and Joanna DiNatale and Samantha Luciano. He will be sadly missed by his sister Adaline DeBartoli and numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends may call Thursday from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown where his funeral service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Interment will follow in Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
