Marianne ThompsonMarianne Thompson passed away suddenly at her home in Fairless Hills on Monday, June 19, 2017.Marianne was born to Bertram and Emily (Edwards) Miller in Gillingham, Kent County, England. She immigrated to the United States in 1959 and became a citizen in 1989.Marianne was the loving mother of Scott (Carolann) Thompson of Yardley, PA and Victoria "Vikki" (Dennis) Guss of Fredericksburg, VA. She was also the proud grandmother of Travis and Tennyson Guss, also of Fredericksburg. She was preceded in passing from this life by one grandson, Tanner Guss and a nephew, Samuel "Sammy" Neustein.In addition to her children and grandchildren, Marianne is survived by her recent companion, Jim Mitchell of Fairless Hills, one sister Patricia Miller of Mystic, CT, a niece Jennifer (Fred) Collings of Ashaway, RI and a nephew, Robert (Yung Sun) Rapson currently serving in Japan.Services will be private with interment to follow at River Bend Cemetery in Westerly, RI, next to her mother.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bucks County SPCA, P.O.
