

“Mama Lou” loved to laugh, and make others laugh by her entertaining stories of which she had an endless supply. People loved to be around her.
Born in Mount Carmel, she had 9 siblings, and they remained close throughout their lives.
There are many happy memories of Sunday dinners, and Fourth of July picnics.
As a young wife, and mother she loved to cook, bake, sew , garden, and her oatmeal cookies,“Louie’s Chewies", were a special gift to those who were lucky to eat them. Also, anavid sports fan, she especially loved the Phillies. She enjoyed football but mainly going towatch her son play football, and later, her granddaughter play softball.
Her working years as a buyer for an electronics company brought her in contact with many people both near and abroad. With her spirited personality, she made friends everywhere. When life slowed down, she loved to do crossword puzzles, and watch Steve Harvey.
Mama Lou was full of life, and will be sadly missed but let our memories of her be joyous as she always wanted.
She is survived by her daughter Mary Lou, and son-in-law Albert; her son Steve, and daughter-in-law Patty; granddaughter Stefanie; two Grandsons, Bob (wife Jen) and Joe Barr; great grandchildren, Samantha, Bobby, Jacob, Tommy and Andrew; and also by one sibling, Alice Mascione.
She will also be sadly missed by numerous nieces and nephews; very special friend, Sue Lewis; and niece, Karen Stone.
Memorial Services will be held privately.
Her favorite charities were Cystic Fibrosis, and St Jude.
