Michael Hall, age 69, of Philadelphia, PA, passed away on January 24, 2025. He was born on November 20, 1955, in Philadelphia, where he built a life centered around family, service, and a deep passion for technology.
Michael dedicated his career to working as a computer IT technician, finding great joy in fixing things and helping others navigate the ever-evolving world of technology. His love for problem-solving and his generous spirit extended beyond his work—he was always there to lend a hand to family, friends, and his community.
A proud veteran of the United States Air Force, Michael served his country with honor. But his greatest pride and joy came from being a devoted husband and father. Michael was known for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering dedication to those he loved. His presence lit up every room, and his willingness to help others made a lasting impact on everyone who knew him. His legacy of love, service, and compassion will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know him.
Michael is survived by his loving wife, Rose Hall, his children Dana Peterson (Michael Peterson), and Crystal Hall, and his cherished grandchildren Corey Hall, Ivy Peterson, Jada Peterson, and Jordan Hall. He also leaves behind his dear sister, Sharon Horsey, and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family who will forever hold him in their hearts.
Michael will be deeply missed, but his love and influence will live on in the hearts of his family and friends forever.
A Celebration of Michael's life will be held on Thursday, February 13, 2025 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, Pennsylvania 19056. Burial with full military honors will be held at 1:00 PM at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Road, Newtown, Pennsylvania 18940. Please be in line at the main office no later than 12:45 PM.
