Michael Leary

With deep sadness we announce the passing of Michael Leary on July 27, 2024. Mike was a life-long resident of Fairless Hills, PA and a member of St. Frances Cabrini parish. He attended St. Frances Cabrini grade school and graduated from Pennsbury High School.

Mike was an avid gardener, amateur Civil War historian, and an enthusiastic fan of all Philadelphia sports teams. He valued his health and physical fitness and enjoyed many hours working out at both the gym and at his home. He was a member of the Oxford Valley Golf Club where he spent many an afternoon on the links. He especially enjoyed his Friday senior league competitions at the club.

Mike was generous throughout his life and continues to be now in his final act by generously donating his organs. His choice to be an organ donor will be bringing new life and hope to at least 4 people.

Mike was friendly and kind with a big heart. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Maureen, his brother John and John's wife Karen.

Mike is survived by his twin brother Ed (Maggie) of Charlottesville, VA, his brother Kevin (Eliane) of Sugar Land, TX, his sisters Maureen (Jaime) of Leland, NC, and Cathi (John) of Millbrae, CA, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers please keep Mike in your heart and make an act of kindness (or many) in his name.

A visitation for Michael will be held Saturday, August 24, 2024, from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at St. Frances Cabrini Church, 325 S. Oxford Valley Road, Fairless Hills, PA 19030. The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 AM. Internment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, 5201 Hulmeville Rd. Bensalem, PA 19020
