Patricia Malia

Patricia was born and raised in Ashland, PA, to parents, Edward and Bertha Malia. She graduated from North Schuylkill High School. She went on to establish a career in production assembly, working for Goodwill.

Patricia was very artistic and enjoyed arts and crafts, and crocheting. She was known to be a wonderful baker. Patricia was very good with her hands and mechanically inclined. She struggled with her disabilities, but overcame them. Patricia will be remembered as a very loving caring, daughter, sister, aunt and friend.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, and her brothers Edward “Ed” and Robert Malia.

Patricia is survived by her sister Ann McManus, brother in law Jim McManus, and many nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and cousins.

A visitation for Patricia will be held Friday, February 9, 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Queen of the Universe, 2443 Trenton Road, Levittown, Pennsylvania 19056, followed by a memorial mass at 10:30 AM. Her inurnment will take place at a later date.

Memorial contributions in Patricia’s name may be made to American Cancer Society in honor of her mother, Bertha, and Queen of the Universe Parish.
