

Born in Philadelphia, Richard was a life long resident of Fairless Hills and graduate of Bishop Egan High School. He was currently employed with BC Auto Parts as a driver and previously worked for Franks Shop n Bag and Arnold Bread Company.
He will be lovingly remembered for his willingness to always be there to lend a hand to anyone. Richie will be missed by his numerous friends especially those from Darby's and Bailey's. He enjoyed spending time with his friends, teasing them and sharing a laugh.
Richard was preceded in death by his mother, Rosalie; father and stepmother, Al and Ceil Bugglin; sister, Catherine Mull; brother-in-law, John Ryba, uncle, Robert Bugglin and aunt, Marie Jacobson.
He is survived by his siblings, James Bugglin (Marcia), Susan Ryba, Bob Bugglin (Linda), and Sharon Badey (John), aunt, Carole Bugglin as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Family and friends are invited to call from 6 until 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 30th at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown where his funeral service will be held at 7:30 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donors choice.
