Richard David La Rue

Born in Trenton, NJ, the son of Margaret (Duffy) and Richard Edward La Rue, Dave has resided in Morrisville for the past 15 years.

Beloved husband of 19 years to Christina L. (Werts), Dave is the loving father of Eddie.

He is the brother of Andrew La Rue (Barbara) and Carolyn Anderson (Skinny).

Dave will also be sadly missed by his mother-in-law, Elaine Szymanski; brothers-in-law, Jack Werts Jr. (Tracey) and Charlie Werts; many nieces; nephews; a great nephew; aunts; uncles; cousins; and friends.

He was predeceased by his aunts, Beth Walentukonis and Kathleen Brodowski.

He was a graduate of the Syracuse University and worked the last 18 years with Medical Protective Princeton Insurance.

Dave loved spending the summers at the beach with his family. He also enjoyed electric race car driving and video gaming. His greatest time was spent with his son.

Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, May 25, 2019, from 9:00 until 10:00 am at Saint Michael the Archangel Church, 66 Levittown Parkway, Levittown, where his funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am. Interment will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorial contributions in Dave's name be made to the Cape May County Park and Zoo, 4 Moore Road, DN 801, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210.
