Robin Elaine DeGarmo Benedetto

Robin was born in Trenton, NJ, to parents, Mark and Margaret DeGarmo. She graduated from Morrisville High School in 1979. Robin went on to establish a career working in various positions, for the Mercer County Courthouse for over 15 years.

Robin is remembered by everyone for her sense of humor. She enjoyed going to church, gardening, interior decorating, flea markets, and raced micro cars in her younger years. She would travel across the U.S. with her partner Rob, spending time in places such as Las Vegas, San Diego, Texas, and “down the shore”. She loved the thrill of driving the convertible mustang. Most of all, Robin cherished spending time with her family with whom she loved dearly.

Robin was preceded in death by her parents, Mark and Margaret DeGarmo, her brother, Donald DeGarmo, her nephews: Jimmy and Jeff Engler, and Donald DeGarmo Jr.

Robin is survived by her children Jessica DeGarmo, Matthew Benedetto IV (Kelsey), Maggie Benedetto-Griffith (Brett); her grandchildren: Brittany Alvarez, Bella, Jimmy, and Jackson Coons, Benjamin Benedetto, Julena Groetsch, Sesarae and Vyelle Groetsch-Griffith, and Gabriella Griffith; her sisters: Peggy, Judy Engler (Jim), and Pam Ciallella (John), her partner of nine years Rob Morgan, and nieces and nephews.

A memorial gathering for Robin will be held Friday, January 26, 2024 starting 10:00 AM at James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, Pennsylvania 19056, followed by a service at 11:00 AM. An inurnment will occur Friday, following the service at Morrisville Cemetery, S. Pennsylvania Avenue & Anderson Avenue, Morrisville, PA 19067.
