

Sara A. Russell Luttmann Sara A. (Andolino) Russell Luttmann died peacefully surrounded by her children, on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at Saint John Neumann Nursing Home in Philadelphia. She was 93. Daughter of Francesco and Francesca Andolino, she was the eleventh of twelve children born in Rochester, NY. She and Elliott Russell moved to Fairless Hills in 1953, where they raised five children. She was later married to Warren G. Luttmann, who adored and spoiled her. Mrs. Luttmann was a devout Catholic and a founding member of Saint Frances Cabrini Church in Fairless Hills. After her children were raised, Mrs. Luttmann worked as the assistant store manager for 15 years at Norman's in Bristol. She loved her family. She enjoyed card club, crocheting, traveling with her dear Warren and baking and cooking. Mostly, she loved her grandchildren. Mrs. Luttmann was predeceased by her parents, her siblings, Josephine, Charles, Angelo, Frank, Frances, Lucy, Helen, Anthony, Joseph, Grace and her younger sister and best friend, Mae; her former husband, Elliott Russell, Sr.; her dear husband, Warren Luttmann and her much loved son-in-law, Ronald "Bubs" Mazenko. She is survived by her devoted children, Robert Russell; David Russell; Patricia Stallone and her husband, Joseph; Elliott Russell, Jr. and his wife, Mary; and Karen Mazenko. She was a loving and caring grandmother and will be greatly missed by her grandchildren Robert Russell, Jr.; Christopher Sembrot (Mandy); Rosanne Santos (Curt); Jason Russell (Karen); Erin Russell; Elaine Ruppert (Andrew); Karen Wollard (Thomas); Joseph Stallone, Jr. (Gretchen); Brian Russell (Elizabeth); Keith Russell; Scott Russell; Kristen Jakubowski (Jerrold); David Mazenko, Sara Kennedy (Andrew) and Katelyn Mazenko. She will also be missed by her 16 great grandchildren; her great great granddaughter and by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, from 6:00 until 9:00 pm and on Saturday from 8:00 until 9:00 am at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown. Her funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 9:30 am Saint Frances Cabrini Church, Fairless Hills, followed by Rite of Committal in Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Sara's name may be made to Saint John Neumann Nursing Home, 10400 Roosevelt Blvd., Philadelphia, PA 19116.
