Shawn Thomas Pietrowski

He was born on October 30, 1978 to the late Julius Pietrowski Jr. and Joyce (late Ken) Zanolini. He was an amazing father to his two children, Julianna and Shawn Jr. He was also a brother to Jay (Melissa) Pietrowski, Brandy (Ray) Vitelli and Brittany (Brian) Jones. He is preceded in death by all his grandparents (Pietrowski and Hibbs), his uncle, Karl Hibbs Sr. and his nephew, Justin Houck. He will be truly missed by his nephews and nieces, Tyler, Zack, Shannon, Kyrstin, Liv, Blake and Hudson. He’s also survived by his uncles and aunts.

He grew up in Levittown, PA where he has lived most of his life. He attended Pennsbury High School and had a fun childhood of bike riding, go karts and playing sports.

Shawn had a special gift for painting just like his father. He enjoyed shooting pool and hanging with his friends at Sparky’s. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Most of all he enjoyed being a father- it was his most important role in life.

A viewing for Shawn will be held Thursday, March 20, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, Pennsylvania 19056, followed by an open floor service at 6:00 PM. A burial will be held privately at a later time.

Please wear your everyday, casual clothes as that would be what he would want you to do.
