Born in Philadelphia, Steven has been a life long resident of Langhorne and Penndel and attended Neshaminy High School.
He was a truck driver with Roadway for 30 years until retiring in 2016 and was a member of Teamsters Local #107.
He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson, working in his yard and spending time with his grandchildren.
Steven was the loving father of Steven A. Szymanek (Lizz) and Elizabeth Frame; and the devoted grandfather of James Szymanek and Emily and Tyler Frame.
He was the brother of Dan, Robert "Skip", Joe Szymanek and Lisa Kee.
Family and friends are invited to call from 6 until 8 p.m. on Wednesday and 9 until 10 a.m. on Thursday at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown where his funeral service will be held on Thursday at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery.
