

Thomas J. Cooper Thomas J. Cooper died on Friday, February 14, 2014 at Lower Bucks Hospital in Bristol. He was 66. Born and raised in Torrington, CT, Tom had been a long time resident of Hollywood, Maryland, prior to moving to Levittown in 1991. He was a member of Saint Michael the Archangel Church. Tom was a retired HVAC engineer. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. Tom was a life time member of John Billington V.F.W. Post 6495 of Levittown and the American Legion Post 834 of Fallsington. Tom is the beloved husband of 45 years to Mary Rita (Horvay); the loving father of Kimberly S. Dollarton (Terry) of Hollywood, MD, Cassandra I. Redmond (Michael) of Langhorne and Corinne A. Cooper (Mark Anglace) of Winsted, CT; and devoted grandfather of Jarrett, Macy and Chloe. He is the brother of Karen L. Kandefer and the late Gary W. Cooper and beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday, February 21, from 2:00 until 4:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where his memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm. Interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name, may be made to the Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 Saint Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
