

Thomas P. Regal Thomas P. Regal, of Levittown died on Monday, May 30, 2011 at his residence in Newportville with his family at his side. He was 83 years old. Born in Luzerne, PA, Mr. Regal had been a resident of Levittown for 58 y ears. He was employed with U.S Steel as a crane operator in the sheet and shipping departments for 36 years until his retirement in 1990 and was a member of SOAR. Mr. Regal was a Navy veteran of World War II serving as a Petty Officer third class aboard the USS Okaloosa and was a member of Fallsington American Legion Post 834. He enjoyed golf, watching the Phillies and the Eagles and being with his two favorite companions, Mr. Zipper and Miss Vegas. Mr. Regal was the beloved husband of the late Ann (Grivensky) Regal. He was the loving father of Helen Comisky and her husband Joseph F., Jr. of Newportville. He will also be sadly missed by two grandsons, Joseph T. Comisky of Houston, Texas and Russell M. Comisky, his wife Maryanne and her children, Olivia and Michael of Levittown and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to call on Friday from 9:00 until 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph the Worker Church, 9172 New Falls Rd., Fallsington where his funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Rite of Committal will follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
