Trisha A. Sweetman (Patricia Lelinski)

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Trisha Sweetman. A beloved wife, daughter, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend, who left to be with the Lord on March 14, 2025, after a faith-filled battle with cancer. Trisha A. Sweetman, born on February 3, 1949, peacefully passed away on March 14, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. Her unwavering faith, strength and love deeply touched all who knew her.

Trisha is survived by her devoted husband of 30 years, Edward Sweetman Jr., and her beloved mother, Anne Lelinski-McNally. She was a loving mother to Tina Hutcheson, Anne Lindquist, Thomas Munchback Jr., (Carol Munchback), and James Swearingen. Her legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren: Robert MacDonald, Katrina Smith, Sean Cremans, Casey Lindquist, Sarah Munchback, Joshua Hutcheson, and Joseph Hutcheson; as well as her adored great-grandchildren: Rylee Smith, Kyla Smith, and Braelyn Smith.

Trisha's dedication to her family were the hallmarks of her life. She was truly a gift from God, and our hearts are heavy with the passing of this life to her new one with him. Throughout her life, Trisha was known for her kindness, resilience, and deep faith in god. She faced challenges with grace and unwavering trust in God, always finding a way to bring light and love to those around her.

A graveside service for Trisha will be held Thursday, March 20, 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Road, Newtown, Pennsylvania 18940.
