Vincent J. Barnes III

Vincent J. Barnes III of Levittown died on Wednesday, September 30, 2015. He was 34. Born in Bristol, Vinney has been a life long resident of Levittown and attended both Conwell Egan and Harry S. Truman High Schools. He later attended Bucks County Community College. Vinney spent his career as a retail sales manager and most recently worked as a regional sales and service manager for Phoenix, Inc. Vinney was an active member of St. Michael the Archangel parish where he served as an altar server for several years and also played soccer, football and basketball for their CYO teams. He also played baseball with Levittown Little League and Babe Ruth. He also loved to play pool and was a member of the American Pool Players Association for many years. Vinney was the beloved son of Vincent J., Jr. and Jane Barnes and was the loving father of Jared, Zachary and Riley. He was the brother of Marie and Kathleen and the grandson of Norma J. Richards. He will also be missed by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Vincent J. Sr. and Mary M. Barnes; his maternal grandfather William D. Richards; his godfather and uncle James G. Barnes and two aunts Barbara J. and Brenda S. Richards. Family and friends are invited to call Monday from 8:45 until 10 a.m. at St. Michael the Archangel Church, 66 Levittown Parkway, Levittown where his funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Rite of Committal will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
