Vincent F. Gallagher Vincent F. Gallagher died suddenly at his home in Yardley, on Sunday, September 18, 2011. He was 59. Vince was the son of the late Loretta (Brough) and Vincent F. Gallagher. Born and raised in Good Shepherd Parish, Philadelphia, he later moved to Sacred Heart Parish, Havertown. Vince was a graduate of Cardinal O'Hara High School, Class of 1969. He was a graduate of LaSalle College and played soccer for the school. He received his MBA at Temple University. Vince was a Senior Vice President for Uti-Corporation in Folcroft. An active member of Saint Ignatius Parish, Vince was a 3rd Degree member of the Knights of Columbus, Fr. James McCafferty Council 11013. He was a former coach for Yardley-Makefield athletics soccer and Saint Ignatius Basketball. Vince enjoyed gardening and reading, however, most important to him was spending time with his family. Beloved husband of 32 years to Sheila M. (Murnane), he was the devoted father of Colleen, Maureen, Bridget, Patrick, Timothy, Sarah and Joseph. He was the brother of Kathleen Kunevich (Anatole) of Houston, TX, Mary Anne Edwards (Dave) of Havertown and Joan Giombetti (Pete) of Malvern. Vince will also be sadly missed by 47 nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday, 5:00 until 8:00 pm at Saint Ignatius Church, 999 Reading Avenue, Yardley, where his Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, 11:00 am. There will be no calling hours on Friday morning. Rite of Committal will follow in Our Lady of Sorrows Cemetery.
