Virginia Dupré

Virginia Lee Dupré, also known as Ginny, passed away peacefully August 29th, 2022 with her family at her side. She was born in Brooklyn, NY and then lived in Levittown for 61 years. For the last 6 years she resided at Juniper Village in Bensalem, where she enjoyed many activities with her friends and fellow residents.

She was the proud and beloved Matriarch of the family and hosted many family gatherings. She was always taking pictures and never missed sending a card for any occasion. She will be truly missed by all.

Virginia enjoyed watching and playing tennis, gardening, watching horse racing and was an active card player up to her final days. She enjoyed feeding and watching birds from her patio. She was also an avid cat lover. She was a long time member of the Queen of the Universe Church where she was involved in the Catechism Program. When she moved to Juniper Village she then became a member of Saint Ephrem Church.

She was preceded in death by Jean Dupré, her beloved husband of 66 years. She is survived by her three children; Denise Kozak (Richard), Paul Dupré (Michie) and Suzanne Skinner (Jeffrey); her six grand children, Brian and Christopher Kozak, Nicole and Jakob Dupré and Kyle and Kelly Skinner; and by her two great grandchildren Chloe and Kira Kozak.

Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, September 3rd, 2022, from 10 am until 11 am at St. Ephrem Church, 5400 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, PA where her funeral mass will be celebrated at 11 am. Interment will be held privately.
