William Mark Bullard

He was born in Philadelphia to the late William and Mary (Lubicky). He was a machinist at Heintz Corp and was known for his love of the Beatles, music, tattoos, and Snickers bars!! Billy spent his days tinkering around in his backyard shed, wearing his Jeff cap, enjoying the sun, an occasional cigar, and Busch NA beer. He loved visits with his grandchildren and was so proud of all their accomplishments.

He is survived by the love of his life, wife of over fifty-five years, Betsy (Punchello); his children, Billy (Katie), Leigh (Harry Fawkes III), and Anthony; and his brothers, Michael (Cheryl) and Mark. He loved his grandchildren; Anthony, Harry IV, Rebecca, Aiden, and Brianna. He will be sadly missed by Alex and Georgie (Punchello), Barbara (Punchello) and Peter and Marian (Punchello). He was greeted in Heaven with opened arms by his great niece Chloe (Punchello) brother-in-law Joseph (Punchello) and his nephew Alexander (Punchello).

He will be missed by many nieces and nephews as well as friends and neighbors.

A mass is scheduled for February 8, 2025 at 10:30 AM at Queen of the Universe Church, 2443 Trenton Road, Levittown, PA . All other services will be private.
