

Born in Schenectady, New York, Bill moved to Levittown when he was 13 years old. In 1965, he graduated from Neshaminy High School. The following year, he was drafted by the US Army. Bill served during the Vietnam War in Okinawa, Japan. After returning to the states, he worked at Schutte & Koerting, Gould Industrial Battery, Princeton Applied Research, and Delta X. In 1984, Bill joined Bio/Data Corporation. Bill loved his work and was given so many opportunities to travel the world. He became the Director of Product Development and found an additional family. After 28 years, Bill retired from Bio/Data. His greatest mission was to find a solution to a problem.
Bill was known for his big smile, laugh, and enthusiastic personality. He was kind, smart, and funny. Bill had a huge heart and made friends everywhere he went. He enjoyed collecting rocks and stones, making jewelry, listening to music, and tinkering in his garage. He liked to watch harness horse racing, car racing, and the History Channel. He also loved spending time with his grandchildren.
The love Bill had for his family was endless. He will be deeply missed by his children: Kristin Leigh Coville-Wildermann (John) of Levittown, PA, Heather Lynn Coville Muffett (Dwight) of Edgely, PA, and Sgt. William Brian Coville (Jacquelyn) currently stationed in Okinawa, Japan; his three amazing grandchildren: Orren Coville, Tabitha Wildermann, and Chloe Coville; along with his two loving sisters: Sandra Cameron of Pottstown, PAand Lynne Coville of Westminster, CO. He also leaves behind many wonderful nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Bill was proceeded in death by his parents, Isabel and Orren Coville; his brother-in-law John “Jack” Cameron; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Family and Friends are invited to call on Wednesday, August 31, 2022, from 10:30 am – 11:30 am at James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, PA, 19056, where his Memorial Service will begin at 11:30 am. A Military Ceremony will immediately follow at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Road, Newtown, PA 18940.
