A memorial gathering for William will be held Monday, September 30, 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, Pennsylvania 19056, followed by a memorial service at 11:30 AM.
