AUBURN - Alphonse A. Bourque 59 a resident of Auburn died unexpectedly Monday December 23rd at his home. He was born in Lewiston July 7, 1954 the son of Adelard and Antoinette (Gregoire) Bourque. Al attended St. Peter’s School in Lewiston, and was a graduate of St. Dominic’s Regional High School. Al was a long time employee at Jones and Vining and Gates Formed Fiber. He was also very proud to have just recently obtained his Accounting degree from Central Maine Community College. He was a member of St. Philip’s Church where he had sung in the choir. He was also a member and treasurer of the Andy Valley Council #2173 of the Knights of Columbus in Auburn. Al was a very positive person who enjoyed helping his family and also enjoyed fishing, going to the ocean, as well as listening to country music. He was most proud of his second cousin Alicia Gregoire who was more like a niece to him. Survivors include many cousins.
