Anthony “Tony” Albert Jr. passed away peacefully at home after a brief illness on April 2, 2026 at the age of 92. As Tony’s illness did not improve, he expressed his desire to go home for his final days. His family made it possible and provided round-the-clock care to fulfill his wish.

He was the patriarch of the Walton family even though he was one of the “outlaws”. Doris was one of 9 children and Tony was the last surviving member of the 18 siblings and spouses.
