Constance G. Martin

Auburn - Constance G. Martin 67, of 440 Minot Ave. and formerly of Orchard Circle, Lewiston, died Wednesday June 22, 2011 at the Clover Health Care.Born in Lewiston March 11, 1944, a daughter of the late Isidore and Beatrice Corneau Martin she was educated in Lewiston schools. Connie was a member of the Prince of Peace Parish at Holy Family Church, the Ladies of St. Anne's Sodality and the Red Hat Society of Clover Health Care. Miss Martin especially enjoyed playing beano, making puzzles, doing word searches, painting and coloring. Over the years she especially enjoyed camping and time spent at the lake. She is survived by her sisters, Irene Chamberlain and her husband Arthur of Lewiston, Muguette Brillant and husband Lucien of Harpswell, a brother Joseph Henri Martin and his wife Nancy of Chelsea,a sister-in-law Francoise Martin of Lewiston and several nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by a brother Rene Martin. The family wishes to thank the staff at Clover Health Care and Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice for the exceptional care and compassion given to Connie.
