LEWISTON - John Laurence Taylor III, 41, died unexpectedly at Central Maine Medical Center on October 17, 2016 surrounded by his family and loved ones. John was born on November 1, 1974 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and spent his adult life in Auburn, Maine. John is survived by his loving wife Kim Beaudry Taylor, his children Sebastian Taylor, Naomi Taylor, and Lilian Taylor. He is also survived by his mother Donna Taylor, siblings: Norma & Michael Lia, Becky & Kevin McClelland, Pam & Frank Gilmore, Kelly Smith, his brother Thomas Taylor, many nieces and nephews, and brothers by choice, Moe Beaudry and Michael Bartshe. He was predeceased by his father John Laurence Taylor II.
John was a dedicated worker at Conform Fiber for the last 22 years and also worked with Moe Beaudry Sr. through Moe Beaudry Home Improvement. As a youth John contributed to the community by creating the artwork on the New Auburn Art Walk Wall in 1991.
John had the ability to become friends with anyone that he came in contact with. His vibrant personality, his ability to tell a good story, the greatest hugs (even if you didn’t know him well, you could tell that his hugs were one of his greater attributes), and his passion for life is only a small piece of happiness that he brought to all of our lives. He was passionate and dedicated to his family and friends. He was the guy that you could call anytime and he would be there without a second thought. John would be there for a supportive ear, a lending hand, and a willingness to get a job done. He was the most generous and thoughtful husband, dad, friend, and son.
John was always up for adventures; traveling with his family and making lifelong memories. John was very passionate about cooking, hiking, traveling, Nascar, football, and his love for family. He was truly dedicated to his wife, mother, children and siblings by his consistent attention in creating moments of laughter and love for each of them.
John Taylor touched so many lives and left foot prints in each of our hearts. He will be gravely missed by many.
