

LEWISTON: Louise R. Dubois, 65, of Lewiston passed away Wednesday March 18 at CMMC following a short illness with her loving family by her side. She was born in Lewiston on July 10, 1949 a daughter of Raymond and Theresa (Cloutier) Bernier. She grew up in the area and attended local schools, including St. Mary's. On October 10, 1970 she married Bertrand Dubois at St. Mary’s Church in Lewiston. Together the two of them raised two beautiful children. Louise will always be remembered for her love of going to the casino, especially playing the slot machines, knitting, bird watching, spending time with her grandchildren and spending time with her beloved pets. She is survived by her two children; Jamie Dubois and his wife Tina of Lewiston and Donna Perry and her husband Wilbur of Richmond. She also leaves behind her siblings; Lucille Zaleski, Pauline Plourde, Diane Gilpatrick, Roger Bernier, Robert Bernier and Doris Nadeau as well as her sister-in-law Diane Bailey and brothers-in-law Roger and Bob Dubois. Louise will always be remembered by her grandchildren Douglas R. Leblanc, Jr., Courtney, Jacob and Annarose Dubois, and Katlyn and Joshua Swan as well as many nieces and nephews. A Liturgy of the Word will be held at Fortin\Lewiston on Tuesday March 24 at 2pm.
