Mason Lewis Kahawai Donahue

Mason Lewis Kahawai Donahue, son of Todd Christopher Donahue II and Patricia Rose Palakika (Grant) Donahue of Freeport ME, passed away unexpectedly on May 23, 2015. Mason was born on April 19, 2015 and he was just under five weeks old. He leaves behind his parents, his big sister Raelyn rose Ku’ulei Donahue, his big brother Todd Christopher Donahue III “Trippy” who both miss him very much. Though his time was very short he touched many people’s hearts. Mason was a beautiful good natured baby who made everyone who knew him smile. During his brief time on earth he enjoyed snuggling with his mom and dad, sitting with Rae and Trippy watching their dogs Chevy and Sierra play, and hanging out with Pineapple his big blue octopus that his Tia gave him when he was born. Mason gave us a lifetime of love in his short time here. He will be missed very much but he will never be forgotten.

Mason is survived by his parents Todd Christopher Donahue II and Patricia Rose Palakika Donahue of Freeport, his sibling Raelyn rose Ku’ulei Donahue and Todd Christopher Donahue III “Trippy”; maternal grandparents Timothy and Ramona Grant “Papa and Gigi” of Pownal; Paternal grandparents Todd and Shelly Donahue “bumpa and Nana” of Freeport; Uncles Adam-James “AJ”, Zachary, and Hunter Grant; Aunts Andrea and Kelsey “Tia” Grant, and Natasha Donahue; immediate cousins Kairi Rain Phelps, Naomi Elizabeth Krauthamer, and Michael Timothy Kamakana’Okealoha Mason; great grandparents Alfred Martin Jr of Waimanalo, HI, Frances Roberts of Gorham, Michael Honahue of St. Johnsbury VT, Dianne Stonecliff of Barre, VT, and Lewis and Jacqueline Corliss of Freeport.

Family and friends are welcome to come celebrate Baby Mason’s life with us on Sunday June 7th from 1-3 pm at the Donahue residents at 23 Murch Rd Freeport, ME.
