Matthew Thaire Mazuzan

Matt was born in Exeter, NH on May 19, 1963, the son of the late Thomas J. & Jannine K. Mazuzan. He grew up in Rome, NY attending local area schools.

Matt worked for many years at The Walmart Distribution Center in Lewiston. Maine and most recently at International Paper in Auburn., Maine. Matt was an extremely hard worker who took pride in his work.

Matt was a loving and caring person who was always willing to help out his friends, neighbors and co-workers. He loved his beautiful Hydie Girl and his kitties Precious, Paws and little Bella.

He loved being on the golf course, playing pool, playing his lottery tickets and his scratchies (that he always bought at Rooper’s) and he loved his Pittsburgh Steelers.

He is survived by his two sisters Megan M. McCollough and her husband Todd of Auburn and Erin C. Bowen of Holland Patent, NY as well as several nieces and nephews that he cared about deeply!. Matt was pre-deceased by his parents and his sisters Cathy and Beth and his brother-in-law, Bruce.

Services will be private. Burial in the family lot at Evergreen Cemetery, Lee, NY will be announced at a later date.
