Raymond D. Moore

Lewiston-Raymond D. Moore age 75 of Auburn, died Thursday January 21, 2010 at Central Maine Medical Center after a long illness with his family at his side. Born in Lewiston on June 30, 1934 the son of Joseph and Regina (Perreault) Moore. He was educated in local schools, his passions included his family and his long career of selling automobiles and servicing his clients through his special gentle manner. He was most recently employed, prior to his retirement, for Rowe Fordland. He was a member of Holy Cross Parish. He is survived by three daughters; Sharon Carter and her husband Chuck of Lewiston, Cindy Paradis of Auburn and Gail Spugnardi of Portland, one brother Marcel Moore and his wife Theresa of Lewiston, two sisters, Tillie Quimby and Jeannine Hatch and her husband Leo all of Meriden, CT, five grandchildren, Christopher, Mellissa, Kelsie, Chad and Ashley, five great-grandchildren, Donaven, Cameron, Alexa, Nolan and Meadow and his pet dog Molly.He was predeceased by two brothers Gerard and Lefty Moore.The family would like to thank the staff of Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice for their wonderful care.
