Rejane R. Asselin

AUBURN: Rejane R. Asselin, 88 of Clover Manor died Wednesday April 18th 2012. Born in Lewiston November 23, 1923 a daughter of the late Fernand and Emelia Cote. She was educated in Lewiston schools and was married June 9, 1943 to the late Normand V. Asselin who died in 1996. Mrs. Asselin was a member of the Prince of Peace Parish at Holy Cross Church. She worked in the shoe industry,textile industry and at the Heartland restaurant prior to her retirement. She enjoyed reading in the sun, bowling, bingo, playing cards, and had a special love for the ocean and sun. Rejane will be remembered for her love of her children, her grandchildren her great and great-great grandchildren. She is survived by

a daughter, Monique Dubois and her husband Marcel of Morgan Hill, CA a son Larry Asselin and wife Nancy of Livermore,

4 grandchildren: Roxanne Dubois and husband Doug Robinson,Nicole Dubois and husband Scott Immel, Marcel Dubois and his fianceé Lorraine Townsend, Bill Asselin and wife Jeannette, 8 great-grandchildren, Melissa, Rebecca, Bradley, Brooke, Matthew, Benjamin, Timothy and Shayla, 2 great-great grandchildren Cloe Mae and Ella, a sister, Merilla Hamilton of Fort Wayne IN.
