1956 – 2025
Robert (Bob) Duquette Sr, 68, passed away on
Monday, May 5, 2025 after heart complications
during the past several years.
Robert was born in Lewiston, Maine on
August 1, 1956 to Andrew and Shirley Duquette.
He grew up in Lisbon Falls, where he met and married
His late wife, Paula (Splude) Duquette.
He joined the Marine Corp and served
For four years in Camp Lejuene, NC.
After the Marine Corp, he was employed with
Bath Iron Works, then Lewiston Housing Authorities.
He also enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his precious granddaughters,
Whom he truly adored. He also the outdoors and driving country roads.
Robert was preceded in death by his father, Andrew Duquette, his wife,
Paula Duquette and his son Rusty Duquette.
Robert is survived by his mother, Shirley Duquette,
Son, Robert Duquette Jr (Dawn), granddaughters, Dahlia and Lilly Duquette,
Seven siblings, Jane Leet (Gary), Deborah Bechard (Mark),
Sandra McLaughlin (Clayton), Rick Duquette (Tina),
Becky Tillich (Thomas), Brenda Smith, Brian Duquette and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at Pleasant Hill Cemetery,
Pleasant Hill Road, Sabattus, Maine on
Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 1pm.
Reception luncheon to follow.
