

LEWISTON - Theodore "Ted" p. Taylor, 69, a resident of 94 Summer St., Auburn died early Tuesday morning at Montello Manor. He was born in Greene, August 27, 1939, the son of Charles O. and Bessie (Foss) Taylor, Sr. Ted had a special brother and caregiver, Brian Taylor who was closest to him and cared for him. During Ted's younger years he had a liking for his father's logging trucks. Ted enjoyed keeping up with history especially the history of World War II. Survivors include three brothers, Richard Taylor and wife Marjorie of Tunica, Miss., Michael Taylor of Oxford, and Brian Taylor and wife Brenda of Whitman, Mass; two sisters, Barbara Russo of Leominster, Mass., and Lillian Snow and husband Forrest of Freeport. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased a brother, Charles O. Taylor, two sisters, Shirley Corey, and Eleanor Gayton. TAYLOR died in Lewiston, April 21, 2009, Mr. Theodore "Ted" P. Taylor age 69 years a resident of Auburn. Funeral services honoring Ted's life will be celebrated FRIDAY 11:00AM at East Auburn Baptist Church with Reverend Roger Cousineau presiding. Burial will be private in East Mercer Cemetery, Mercer.
