

She was the daughter of adoptive parents, Dennis Nelson and Pamela-Nelson Saunders & stepdaughter of Kenneth Saunders. She was born in West Columbia on February 14, 1992.
She is survived by her father, Dennis Nelson (Teri); mother, Pamela Nelson-Saunders (Kenneth); brothers, Brady Nelson, Timothy Saunders, and Michael Saunders; sister, Kaylee Matthews; maternal grandmother, Pat Fowler; paternal grandmother, Isla Nelson; aunts, Lisa Snelgrove (Russell) and Sherry Gunter; uncles, Stephan Saunders (Vicky), Roger Saunders (Roxanne), Bobby Nelson and Mitchell Nelson (Kim); her beloved daughters, Delilah S. Riley, Adalyn L. Nelson, and Catherine B. Nelson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Amanda was predeceased by her loving brother, Benjamin Saunders; grandfather, Huston Fowler; step grandfathers, Bob Nelson and Terrance Saunders (Janice); and her aunt, Donna Saunders.
She loved her girls and they meant the world to her. She fought so hard to stay here with them, but it was just not meant to be. God has her now and she is finally free.
Amanda will be truly missed by all who knew her for her good heart and love of helping people. She has passed on her love of music to her girls. They were always singing, choosing songs to play, and dancing.
