Cody Wayne Gamble

Lexington - Cody Wayne Gamble, of Lexington, SC, passed away suddenly as a result of a car crash on Wednesday, April 4th, 2018 at the age of 19.

Cody was born to parents Catrina Gamble and Jody Hamilton on April 21, 1998 in Olean, NY. He grew up as the eldest of three and attended Keenan High School. Cody had recently started with Motor Supply Company Bistro in the Vista and had aspirations to be a chef. In his spare time, he enjoyed playing Final Fantasy, Skyrim, and Call of Duty, watching anime, and playing the guitar. We will always remember his unique soul with all of the small interests that made him special. He was your stereotypical teenager.

Cody is survived by his mother, Catrina; step-father, Rick Chowdhury, brother, Samuel Harrison; half-brothers, Doneven and Matthew Hamilton; sister, Catherine "Maria" Gamble; step-brother, Conner Blackmon; step-sisters Kaylee and Isabella Chowdhury; grandparents, Catherine Gamble, Chester Turner and Freda Hamilton,; aunts, Amanda Franco (Jose), Margaret "Peggy" Binns (Mark), Sarah Gamble, and Malissa Horn; and his uncles, Chester Gamble (Kristie), Joshua Gamble, and Anthony Hamilton.

Funeral services for Cody will be held at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home Lexington Chapel on Monday, April 9, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. Both friends and family will be received immediately following the service.
