LEXINGTON – A memorial service for Daniel L. McGuire, 72, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, January 17, 2016 at Bethany Lutheran Church. The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
Mr. McGuire was born in Charleston, SC, November 2, 1943 and passed away Friday, January 15, 2016. He was the son of the late, Walter Lee McGuire, II and Elizabeth Bryant McGuire.
He is survived by his wife, Sally Hawkins McGuire; children, Shawn A. McGuire, Cammie M. McDonald
and Victoria M. Hill; step-children, Toni Summers, Lisa Allen, Edward Allen, Clifford Thompson and Gina Thompson; nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; brothers, Walter, Harrell, Mickey, Michael and Guy; sisters, Susanne Watford and Brenda Owen.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Lynn. Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
