She was predeceased by the love of her life of 68 years, Wendell Christine.
She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Dorothy is survived by her son, David W Christine (JoAnne); grandsons, Michael David Christine and Steven David Christine; great grand daughters, Kaylee Ireland and Claire Madison Christine; brother, Robert McConnell (Harriett).

A graveside service will be held on January 30, 2026 at 3:00 pm, at Fort Jackson National Cemetery 4170 Percival Rd. Columbia, SC.
