Elizabeth Muriel Floyd

LEXINGTON – Funeral Services for Elizabeth Muriel Price Floyd, 78, will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 27, 2015 Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel with interment in Celestial Memorial Gardens. The service will be conducted by the Rev. Don Turner. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday, June 26, 2015 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Floyd was born October 12, 1936 in Columbia, SC and passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2015. She was a daughter of the late Clifton Price and Bertha Spires Price. Mrs. Floyd was a member of Round Hill Baptist Church and a graduate of Brookland-Cayce High School. Elizabeth had retired as a receptionist with Hall Technology.

Surviving are her children, Michael Floyd (Linda), Clifton Floyd (Lucia), Teresa Freier (Ed) and sister, Louise Smith (Jim); grandchildren, Toyanna Frye, Tyler, Travis, Stuart and Kady Floyd, Evan and Eliana Freier and one great grandchild, Makalya Frye. She was predeceased by her husband of 49 years, Bobby Gene Floyd and sister, Marian Jordan.
