A graduate of Dutch Fork High School, she went on to earn two degrees from Winthrop University. An avid and gifted soccer player, she was a member of the initial women’s soccer team at Winthrop.
She is survived by her parents; her sister, Ashley Blackwelder; brother-in-law, Carson Blackwelder; two nieces, Carter and Linley and countless family and friends whom she loved dearly.
