Jennifer Ann May

She is survived by her children, Michael Shawn Cooper (Angie) and Jennifer Cooper (Harold L. Vinson, Jr.); her sister, Mary Burnett and brother, Tommy Storey; her grandchildren, Joseph Cooper (Brittani), Kaitlyn Limjap (RJ), Kimberlee Cooper (Aaron), Kristen Cooper and Sarah Adeline Porter; great-grandchildren, Emery Gallegos and Aven Cooper and numerous nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.

Jennifer May was a beautiful soul that loved taking care of others and especially loved to spoil her grandchildren. She was the cheerleading coach, Brownie leader, homeroom mom, member of the Women’s Club and the perpetual volunteer for any deserving cause. She loved to sing and dance. She will be sorely missed and loved endlessly by all that had the honor of knowing her.

She is predeceased by her parents, Willie Storey and Lizzie Beth Storey; sister, Beth Powers and her loving husband, Roger May.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home. Interment will be held at 12:00 p.m. at Fort Jackson National Cemetery.
