Loretta W. Moore

LEXINGTON – Loretta Moore, age 86, passed away early Tuesday morning, February 24, 2015.

She was born June 4, 1928 in Estill, SC and was the daughter of the late Joe Wooten and Leona Jarrell Wooten. Mrs. Moore married her beloved husband, Willie L. Moore. They were married for 64 years before he passed away in 2014. She is survived by her three daughters, Kathy Fischbein (Chet) of Charleston, SC, Pamela Wood of Branchville, SC and Dianne Raley (Mike) of Lexington, SC; six grandchildren; seven great- grandchildren and one great-great- grandchild. She is also survived by five siblings; Louise Stanley (Jack) of West Columbia, SC; Nan Molony of James Island, SC; Gloria Brunson (Edward) of Hampton, SC; Edison Wooten and Rudy Wooten of Nixville, SC. She was predeceased by two brothers, Joseph Earl Wooten, Sr. (Annie Liza), and James Lee Wooten (Jane) both of Nixville, SC.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 Noon Thursday, February 26, 2015 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, West Columbia Chapel with interment in Southland Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Pastors Steve Cummins and Ralph Schneck will be conducting the services. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home Chapel.

She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by loving relatives and friends.
