LEXINGTON – Funeral services for Manuel Fonseca, 81, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at Calvary Chapel, 1156 Barr Road, Lexington, SC. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. one hour prior to the service at the church. Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mr. Fonseca was born April 13, 1930 in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico and passed away on Friday, January 27, 2012. He was a son of the late Manuel Fonseca and Leonor DeJesus Fonseca. Mr. Fonseca was a member of Calvary Chapel of Lexington where he was a Head Usher of the church. He helped run the Food Pantry and enjoyed reading. He was a film tech for Technicolor in New York City.
Mr. Fonseca is survived by his wife, Marian Fonseca of Lexington; children, Matthew, Mark, Marilyn, Michelle and Manny and sister, Elizabeth Iovine.
