He is survived by two daughters, Crystal Jarreau and fiancé, Patrick Hodge, Shannon Richmond and husband, Jim Richmond; a son, Marvin L. Drawdy, Jr. and wife, Leanna Drawdy; five grandchildren, Alana Rish, James Howell, Hayley Jarreau, Keith Anslow and Aaron Jarreau; four sisters, Diane Reed, Barbara Tidwell and husband, Frankie Tidwell, Deborah Jefferson, Brenda Gantt and husband, Earnie Gantt and a brother, Roger Dale Drawdy, Sr.
Marvin L. Drawdy, Sr. was preceded in death by his parents, Luther Drawdy, Jr. and Mary Drawdy; sister, Cathy Alves and brother, Donald Drawdy.
His funeral is at 3:00 p.m. on March 13, 2021 at Edmund First Baptist Church, located at 6256 Edmund Highway, Lexington, SC 29073. Visitation is from 2:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Marvin Lavern Drawdy, Sr. was a great father, brother and friend who will be loved and missed dearly.
