Ms. Cooley retired as a rural mail carrier from the United States Postal Service.
She is survived by her three sons, Frankie Lee Cooley, Jr., David Cooley, and Johnathan Cooley; her mother, Patsy Moon; and her brother, Jaime Gillian.
She was predeceased by her father, James Gillian.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at Fort Jackson National Cemetery, 4170 Percival Road, Columbia, SC 29229.
