LEXINGTON – A memorial service for Rabon C. Hale, 75, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 3, 2013, at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service.
Mr. Hale was born June 1, 1937, in Lafayette, TN and passed away on Wednesday, January 30, 2013. He was a son of the late America Hale. Mr. Hale served his country in the United States Army as a master sergeant and retired US Postal Service, West Columbia.
Mr. Hale is survived by his wife, Kay Diana Smelcher; daughter, Gwen Page (Steve); sons, Randy Hale, Vincent Taring (Samantha), Christopher Hale (Angela) and Rabon Hale (Alicia); 18 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Mr. Hale was predeceased by his son, Ricky Hale and brother, Donald Hale.
