Sally worked for West End Mill in Newberry and General Electric in Irmo for 40 years. She loved western movies, cracking pecans, and cooking for her family. She also loved to dance in her early years.
She is survived by her sons, Dene Nicholson (Bobbie Jean) and Jene N. (Libby); grandchildren, Jennifer and Travis; seventeen great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Jene Edward Nicholson; grandson, Dene Jr., and twelve siblings.
A memorial service will be held at 12:00 PM on Thursday, July 24, 2025 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home – Lexington Chapel, 503 North Lake Drive, Lexington, SC 29072, with visitation to follow.
